We allow fluffy pets like a cat. As long as they don't destroy or disturb surroundings. Pet waste should be cleaned up as quickly as possible. It's more sanitary than waiting and reduces problems with odor.
Family are welcome to your rental place. We support family time and are able to give advices for family friendly activities.

Ofcourse deliveries and or pick-ups are allowed. The adress is visible on google-maps so it will be easier for you to use a delivery or pick-up service.
We only support Halal behaviour. So if you are a couple from indonesia, you must show a marriage certification if you want to rent this place with tour partner. If you are a temporary tourist let us know in advance because that is a diffirent story.
ID or passport will be copied. This data will be protect for privacy. The reason for the copy is to prevent theft and unaccaptable behaviour.
Deposit must be paid at the check-in. This deposit will be kept if there have been any material damage to the property. If there is no damage, the deposit will be paid back during the check-out.

Big parties and or events are not allowed due noise disturbance. For more information or any request, please contact us.
Smoking is only allowed at the balcony. If there is any smoke damage like smell or burnings, the deposit will be kept to recover the damage.
